If you’re ever visiting Portland, Oregon, be sure to keep an eye out for Anton Cobb. Anton sets up a table, checkered tablecloth and collection box up on a street corner one afternoon each week during his lunchbreak.
Beside him is a white sign which reads, “I am skipping lunch, so that 30 children won’t. Will you join me?” Since he started this program, Anton has raised thousands of dollars to feed hungry people—many of them children—in the Portland area.
It’s amazing what one person can do isn’t it?
